(1) How do you charge for your SEO process? |
- We visit your site which has to be optimized. Then we decide whether the site is ready to be optimized or it needs redesigning. For example if there is no text / content on the page, it has only images and links, then it needs redesigning (Google is an exception).
- We do not use any SEO tool, rather do every thing manually, as per our experience our process is slow but it is long lasting.
- First step is, you should give us the list of at least 15 keywords / phrases. We will study each and every word / phrase and analyze the competition on each keyword. After that we categorized these words as "non-generic" and "generic".
- Generic keywords are the ones that have heavy competition and need longer time (say 8 to 9 months) and non-generic keywords need 2 to 3 months.
- We guarantee that within 2 to 3 months (min. 2 months and max. 3 months), your site will appear on Google's 1st page for at least 2/3rd non-generic keywords / phrases (i.e. 10 out of 15), if it still does not appear within 3 months than we continue working on your site but you do not pay for extra month(s), I mean you need to pay only for 1st 3 months.

(2) Do you have monthly maintenance, and what is that cost? |
- Our SEO fee for 15 non-generic keywords (2/3rd are guaranteed within 3 months) is $250 per month.
- You need to pay every time in the beginning of the month.
- If you are not satisfied with the results, or you find that we are not making substantial progress, you can terminate / stop the contract informing us in advance. For example, say, after first month, you want to stop the agreement, you should tell us in advance before the second month starts.
- Thus you just risk $250. But I am confident that after first month's result you will like and appreciate our efforts and will continue with us.
- Generally by 1st month or in the mid of second month site starts appearing on first 3 pages of the Google for the given keywords, and in the third month it climbs to 1st page.
- Once you are satisfied and happy with our performance for first list of 15 keywords, you can send us the second list and so on.
- Search Engine positioning is like a musical chair but little bit different. To position within top 10, some other site has to pushed down to make a place for your site. But in musical chair game once you are out, you are out, but not in SEO it is not like that. The serious players immediately come into action as soon as
they find that their site is loosing position. Hence SEO should be an ongoing process.
- Once we bring your site for the given keywords / phrases on the 1st page of the Google, we maintain it for the remaining 9 months. This 9 months’ maintenance cost / fee is already included in the above 3 months fee. We maintain only for those words we have optimized. And if there is any modification to any of the site page without our knowledge, we do not guarantee / maintain anymore.

| (3) Does your cost include submitting costs to search engines that charge? |
|
No, our cost of $250 is our working fee. It does not include any search engines charges. If any search engine asks for subscription / enrollment fee, or you want to enrolled for pay per click or adwords, or any paid search engines, then you should bear the actual cost at your own. |
| (4) What kind of access do you need to my site? |
| We need FTP access to download your present pages, modify / optimized them and then upload and test. If we find that these pages are not giving desired results then we again modify these pages and again upload. Hence we must be given unlimited download / upload instance for the FTP. If your site is a running site please be-assured that your site would never break or go down because of our any activity. |

(5) What is the cost of reciprocal link building services? |
Looking for something? Go type in a word and you will get hundreds and thousands of responses for your query. It has been proven worldwide that a majority of business referrals and generation on the Internet comes via the channel of search engines. No matter what business you are in, there would be thousands of prospective customers looking for your product/service on these search engines. But they have not reached you so far because you are not present on a search engine! Now imagine being present on the first page of any search engine. Whenever a customer types in or searches for a word that has your business interest, you reflect among the top ten answers to his query! Which means that you are on top of an interactive web based directory? You are now reaching out to customers whom you have never reached so far and who have got no reference about you. It is like converting the web space into a virtual market for you.
I think first we must optimized your site and take it to
atleast 6+ Google's PR then we should negotiate for the reciprocal links. Because it is not only that home page PR is important, the link page PR is also very important on which you will put other site's link. We can discuss this costing once you are happy with our performance.
