| Following is the strategy we propose for link exchange, if you want to modify it or suggest some other way, we are open to it. :- |
First step -is
to search the sites worth contacting them.
We will research search engines, mainly
Google, Yahoo, MSN, directories, etc. We
will prepare an excel sheet, having these
information such as site’s url, Google
PR of the home page and the link page,
number of links on the page, email Id or
the web form url.

Second Step -either
you can go through the list and approve
who to contact, you will not need to visit
their sites, just looking at the excel
sheet, you can make decision or you can
leave it on our judgment.
|
Third Step -we will send them the email, email content as well as html code for link are provided by you. We will
maintain the sheet with the dates, i.e. date of email sent, date of reminders, date of response and whether
response was positive or denial. If any site does not respond after second reminder we remove it from the list.

Fourth
and Final Step-Link is
exchanged. We monitor for 1 month if the
other site keep our link intact. After
that the client should monitor it.

Note:-It is quite possible that 1st month we do not get any link, because many site take week(s). They study your site before responding. It is a slow process to get genuine links. You can terminate the contract any time but with atleast one-month notice in advance and we will stop working on your site from the next coming month.
